These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the internal applications operated for Freedom Boat Club (the "Services"), including Marine Tech Pro and related internal tools. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized use

The Services are for authorized Freedom Boat Club employees, contractors, and affiliated service technicians only. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. You may not share your account, credentials, or access with anyone else.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any purpose outside your authorized work on behalf of Freedom Boat Club.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits.
• Upload malicious code or otherwise interfere with the Services' operation.
• Extract, copy, or redistribute data from the Services except as required for your authorized work.
• Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.

4. AI-generated content

The Services include AI assistants (e.g., "Ask a Tech") that generate responses using third-party AI models. AI responses are provided for informational and diagnostic-assistance purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify critical information against manufacturer service documentation and apply sound professional judgment before performing any repair. Safety-critical decisions remain the responsibility of the technician.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Services, including their design, code, diagnostic trees, and reference data, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for authorized Freedom Boat Club work only.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or discontinuation of the Services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Freedom Boat Club's principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
